The goal of LLC “Agropharm” is to meet the needs of consumers for high-quality, effective, and safe medicinal products.

The company has a pharmacovigilance department in operation.

The main tasks of the department are:

  • organization of the collection, processing, and evaluation of information on adverse reactions or lack of effectiveness of medicinal products manufactured by our company;
  • development of measures to reduce the risk of adverse reactions;
  • making amendments or additions to the Instructions for Medical Use of the medicinal product in connection with new data on the safety and effectiveness of the active substances contained in the medicinal products;
  • informing employees with medical and/or pharmaceutical education about new data on the safety and effectiveness of our medicinal products;
  • informing regulatory authorities about identified cases of adverse reactions or lack of effectiveness within the timeframes established by law.

Terms and Definitions

Pharmacovigilance – scientific research and activities related to the detection, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse reactions or any other problems associated with the use of medicinal products.

Adverse reaction — any undesirable harmful response that occurs when medicinal products are used at normal doses recommended for the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of diseases.

Lack of effectiveness of a medicinal product — the absence of a beneficial therapeutic effect of the product on the course and duration of the disease.

Batch number – a distinctive combination of digits (five-, six-, or seven-digit), which specifically identifies the batch. It is printed on all types of packaging.

Please remember that adverse reactions may occur when using any medicinal products from any manufacturer.
